Delivering safety and security certificates for sewage handling for the Dinasur and Samadoun treatment plants.
The Menoufia Water and Sanitation Company, headed by Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, held the regular meeting for water and sanitation safety to present the necessary corrective measures to ensure the safety of drinking water, the safe circulation of sewage, and to ensure the sustainability of safe services for citizens.
Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Rahman, Director General of the General Administration of Water Safety and Security at the Holding Company, handed over two certificates of approval of sewage circulation safety plans for the Dinasur and Samadoun treatment plants, on behalf of Dr. Salah Bayoumi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company, to Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, Chairman of the company.
The attendees from various parties praised the performance of the Menoufia Water Company in this regard, within the framework of the interest of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, represented by the Menoufia Water and Wastewater Company, in continuous follow-up of water and wastewater safety.
It is worth noting that the certificate of accreditation for the safety and security of water and sanitation is considered one of the most important certificates in this field because it is accredited by three government agencies: the Holding Company for Potable Water and Sanitation, the Regulatory Authority for Potable Water and Sanitation, and the Ministry of Health.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Irrigation, the head of the Executive Authority for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Menoufia, the concerned authorities in Menoufia Governorate, the heads of the relevant sectors of the company, and Dr. Walid Hosni in the General Administration of Water Safety and Security of the Holding Company.
