Shebin El-Kom El-Bahari Water Station receives students from the Faculty of Medicine, Menoufia University.
The Menoufia Water and Sanitation Company organized a field visit for students of the Faculty of Medicine, Menoufia University, to the Shebin El-Kom El-Bahari Water Station, to learn about the size of the huge investments that the state is pumping in the field of drinking water and sanitation, and to introduce the stages of water purification, starting from the outlet until it reaches the citizens.
Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, Chairman of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, stressed the importance of these visits and the extent of their positive impact in publicizing the extent of the efforts made by the state to provide a cup of clean water for every citizen, and spreading the culture of rationalizing consumption.
He added, there was talk about the stages of water purification in the Bahari stations, the necessity of rationalizing consumption and avoiding wrong behaviors that cause waste, and the modern technologies provided by the Egyptian state in the field of preserving drinking water from waste, represented by code meters and saving parts technology, which in turn reduces consumption and helps in Preserving water from wasting.
At the end of the visit, the awareness team distributed many publications carrying a number of awareness messages about the importance of optimal use of sewage networks, rationalizing consumption, and introducing the services provided by the company through various communication channels with the company.
