The Governor of Menoufia inspects the development work of the company’s Shebin El-Kom branch and the customer service center.
Today, Major General Ibrahim Abu Laymoun, Governor of Menoufia, and Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, Head of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, inspected the development work of the company’s branch in Shebin El-Kom and the customer service center in Shebin El-Kom to determine the nature of the workflow and follow up on the quality of services provided to citizens.
The governor listened to an explanation from the head of the company about the nature of the center’s work and the services it provides to citizens, which are (services for examining and repairing a meter, shutting off water, changing the subscriber’s name, drinking water and sanitation contracting services, services for receiving commercial and technical complaints, as well as changing the usufruct and the service of changing a damaged meter. The inspection service, reading notification, activity change service, and subscription cancellation service, in addition to the bill collection service and drinking water and sewage measurements.
The company's president pointed out that there are 12 fixed customer service centers, 2 outlets, and 3 mobile vehicles to serve customers at the governorate level, and they include training sections on how to communicate directly with citizens, in addition to the presence of a hotline that operates 24 hours a day to receive complaints and reports and respond immediately to them in order to preserve safety. The public good and citizens' rights.
The Governor of Menoufia called on all workers at the center to receive citizens well, quickly provide services to them, and facilitate and simplify all necessary procedures in an easy way to gain customers’ trust and satisfaction, as well as receive complaints and reports and deal with them immediately and resolve them, which achieves the state’s future vision.
