Menoufia Water qualifies its various sectors to obtain the ISO 9001/2015 quality certificate.
He stressed that this comes in line with the general strategy of the Menofia Company For Water And Waste Water, which aims to develop and refine the skills of the company’s employees, and in line with the general policy of the state and its political administration, which aims to pay attention to training and developing the human resource.
He added, all participants in the training program were honored in the presence of Ms. Mona Al-Qafl, Head of the Human Resources Sector, Engineer Muhammad Abdullah, Director of the General Administration for Training, and Ms. Noha Abdel-Azim, Director-General of Public Relations, Media, Awareness and Community Participation.
Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, President of the Menofia Company For Water And Waste Water, indicated that the aim of the training is to educate employees of the subsidiary companies and the Menoufia Company about the requirements of the standard and the necessary procedures to follow the ISO 9001/2015 quality management system.
The Training Center of Menofia Company For Water And Waste Water hosted an awareness workshop on the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001/2015 over the course of four consecutive days for 6 affiliated companies in addition to a number of employees of the Menoufia Company under the supervision of the Quality Management and Integrity Support team at the Holding Company.
The companies participating in the training are (the Holding Company - Menoufia Company - Cairo Water Company - Beni Suef Company - Dakahlia Company - Al-Gharbia Company - Al-Buhaira Company)
This is for the general managers of human resources, the human resources specialist, the Chairman’s Affairs Office, the public relations and media specialist, and commercial accountants, under the supervision of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, and lectured by Mr. Ahmed Gamal, Director of Quality Management and Integrity Support at the Holding Company.
