Chairman of "Monofiya Water" honors the General Administration of Affairs of the Chairman's Office for obtaining the ISO 9001-2015 certificate
Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, honored the General Administration of the Chairman’s Office Affairs team for obtaining the ISO 9001-2015 certificate for using the latest international methods and standards in effect, ensuring continuous improvement and development of the administration’s performance in a way that serves the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the company.
He stated that the General Administration of the Office of the Chairman of the Council obtained this certificate through its commitment to scientific, professional and legal requirements, organized management of work, development and improvement of performance, speed of decision-making, optimal use of available resources, development of workers’ skills, provision of effective means of communication, and adoption of an open-door policy to solve problems, improve and grow the services provided by the administration.
He stressed that the company seeks to prepare all its sectors to introduce the quality system and prepare them to obtain quality accreditation, each in its specialty, and that the main goal of developing the company's work system is to provide distinguished services to all the company's clients.
