  • Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, honored the General Administration of Customer Service team of the Commercial Sector for obtaining the renewal of the "ISO 9001-2015" certificate for the quality of the services it provides, which will improve the level of service provided to citizens in all customer service centers across the governorate in accordance with international quality standards.
  • The General Administration of Customer Service obtaining this certificate is considered a success for the company, whose priorities include maintaining the quality of the product provided to customers, excellence in service performance and procedures followed to gain citizens’ satisfaction, within the framework of the directives of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater.
  • He stressed that the company seeks to prepare all its sectors to introduce the quality system and prepare them to obtain quality accreditation, each in its specialty, and that the main goal of developing the company's work system is to provide distinguished services to all the company's clients.
  • The honoring included Mr. Adel Al-Maliji, Head of the Commercial Sector at the company, Mr. Ahmed Al-Shaqshi, General Manager of Customer Service, Mr. Ahmed Abu Auf, Director of the Centers Department, and Ms. Munira Muhammad Najib, Director of the Evaluation and Quality Department. The quality work team was honored at the level of the governorate’s customer service centers.
