Menoufia Water Company receives the first batch of trainees from the “Women Lead for Executives” program.
Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, received the trainees of the first batch of the “Women Lead for Executives” program after they passed all stages of the tests and were accepted into the program, as part of the field training activities of the National Training Academy.
The delegation began its visit by visiting all sectors within the company’s general office to learn about the role played by each sector and to know the challenges within each sector and how to confront them.
The General Administration of Public Relations organized a field visit for the trainees inside the Shibin El-Kom Bahary station, where they praised the role played by the company in producing a healthy cup of water that meets international quality specifications.
It is worth noting that this program is the first of its kind directed at Egyptian women in various executive positions within the Egyptian state in the public and private sectors, to develop their skills and leadership capabilities, which is being held under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development as one of the programs of the “Women’s School for Leadership Qualification.”
