  • Sultan facility treatment plant, affiliated to the company’s branch in Menoufia, obtained the T.S.M. Sustainable Technical Management Certificate for the first time without any comments, as part of the company’s performance development plan, within the framework of the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, and in implementation of the company’s operation and maintenance sector work plan.
  • Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, pointed out that the Sultan Treatment Plant obtained this certificate after a comprehensive and accurate review of all the criteria for the optimal operation of the stations and following the standard operating instructions for all stages of operation and the availability of performance indicators on a monthly basis, in addition to the monitoring and quality control standards to improve the level of services provided to citizens.
  • He stated that obtaining the TSM certificate for drinking water and sewage stations is considered one of the most important indicators of the stations’ efficiency and ensuring the sustainability and continuity of providing the service in the required manner after ensuring that all requirements for TSM are met.
  • He stressed that the company has a plan to develop the management and operation system of water and sewage stations and obtain accreditation and quality certificates in the management and operation of drinking water and sewage stations.
  • He thanked all employees of the company’s sustainable technical management system, appreciating their continuous efforts and the efforts of the employees of the Sultan Facility Treatment Plant to improve work efficiency within the plant.
