The Governor of Menoufia and the Chairman of the Menoufia Water Company inspect the customer service center at the company’s branch in Shibin El-Kom.
Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, inspected the Customer Service Center in Shebin El-Kom, which includes two Shebin Customer Service Centers (villages - city), in order to see the nature of the workflow and follow up on the quality of services provided to citizens, in the presence of Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company.
The Governor of Menoufia met with a number of clients who frequent the center and praised the role played by the center and the facilities and high-quality services it provides.
The company's chairman explained that the employees of the customer service centers are trained periodically to qualify them on the mechanism of good reception of the public and the speed of providing all required services to citizens, in addition to the presence of a hotline available 24 hours a day to receive complaints and reports and respond to them immediately in order to preserve the public interest and the rights of citizens.
He pointed out that there are 12 fixed customer service centers, 2 outlets and 3 mobile vehicles to serve customers at the governorate level, including departments for training on how to communicate directly with citizens, in addition to the presence of a hotline that operates 24 hours a day to receive complaints and reports and respond immediately to them in order to preserve the public interest and citizens' rights.
The company chairman mentioned the services provided by the center to citizens, which are (services for checking and repairing meters, closing water, changing the subscriber’s name, drinking water and sewage contracting services, services for receiving commercial and technical complaints, in addition to the service of changing the benefit, the service of changing a damaged meter, the service of checking and reporting the reading, the service of changing the activity and liquidating the subscription, in addition to the service of collecting bills and measuring drinking water and sewage).
