The head of Menoufia Water Company inspects the progress of work at the company’s branch in Al-Shohada.
Eng. Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, inspected the company’s branch in El-Shohada to follow up on the progress of work, as part of his field tours to follow up on the work being done within the company’s branches and to follow up on the quality of services provided to citizens.
He called on all employees to receive citizens well, provide them with services quickly, and facilitate and simplify all necessary procedures in an easy manner to gain the trust of customers and satisfy them, as well as receive complaints and reports and deal with them immediately and resolve them, which achieves the state’s future vision.
He stressed the need to adhere to the smooth running of work, its regularity and integration between the various departments in order to achieve the public interest, raise the level of performance and benefit from the investments pumped by the state into the infrastructure.
