The Chairman of the Menoufia Water Company honored the commercial sector team for obtaining the renewal of the ISO 9001-2015 certification.
Eng. Rushdi El-Sayed Omar Soliman, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, honored the team of the General Administration of Revenues and Collections and the General Administration of Subscriptions and Meters affiliated with the commercial sector for obtaining the renewal of the ISO 9001-2015 certification for the quality of services provided to citizens across the governorate, in accordance with international quality standards.
He stated that the General Administration of Revenues and Collections and the General Administration of Subscriptions and Meters' obtaining this certification is a success for the company, whose priorities include maintaining the quality of the product provided to customers, and excelling in service performance and procedures followed to achieve citizen satisfaction, in line with the directives of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater.
He pointed out that the General Administration of Revenues and Collections has succeeded in improving the quality of the reading and collection system, maintaining credibility between the company and customers and the actual accounting of consumption according to the brackets approved by the Prime Minister's Office, which primarily serves to satisfy customers.
He added that the General Administration of Subscriptions and Meters seeks to maintain, repair, and calibrate meters in subscribers' homes to facilitate and ease their lives, as well as to effectively account for consumption and estimate the best prepaid charging service by opening centers at the branch level on an ongoing basis.
He emphasized that the company seeks to prepare all its sectors to implement the quality system and prepare them for quality accreditation, each in its own field, and that the primary goal of developing the company's work system is to provide distinguished services to all of the company's clients.
