The head of Menoufia Water Company inspects the progress of work at the Shibin El Kom branch.
Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, visited the company's branch in Shebin El Kom to offer his congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. He also followed up and ensured the smooth running and regularity of work and the integration between the various departments to achieve the public interest and raise the level of performance.
He directed all employees to work as a team, combine efforts between various departments, and fully coordinate with relevant authorities to complete assigned tasks quickly and in an organized manner.
He stressed the need to facilitate procedures and services provided to citizens, to receive citizens well, to provide them with services quickly and to provide all necessary services and procedures in an easy manner to gain citizens' trust and satisfaction, and to respond quickly to all complaints and reports and deal with them immediately and resolve them, thus achieving the state's future vision.
