  • The Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company conducted a field survey at the company's customer service centers to assess customer satisfaction with the company's drinking water and wastewater services.
  • Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, said that the surveys examine the quality of drinking water services, compliance with meter readings, and customer satisfaction with the services provided. He added that during the survey, citizens are educated about the services provided by the company through the 125 hotline and customer service centers. Citizens are also encouraged to spread water awareness messages to rationalize water consumption and maintain sewage networks.
  • He pointed out that, in cooperation with the Menoufia Education Directorate, coordination was made on a number of awareness activities related to rationalizing water consumption and the optimal use of sewage networks as part of summer activities in various schools.
  • He added that field awareness campaigns were implemented in the villages and cities of the governorate, as well as internal awareness seminars for workers in the centers to highlight the efforts made by the state to provide a clean cup of water to all citizens, as well as cooperation with the Health Directorate in implementing the presidential initiative "100 Days of Health."
