Menoufia Water participates in the activities of the Environmental Week Festival at the Faculty of Education at Menoufia University

The Menoufia Water and Sanitation Company, in cooperation with Menoufia University, participated in the Environmental Week Festival for the year 2023/2024, which is affiliated with the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, and is scheduled to be held over the course of 11/25/26/2023 in the presence of both Dr. Ahmed Al-Qased, President of Menoufia University, and Dr. Sobhi Sharaf Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs
Naguib stated that the activities began by introducing the visitors to the festival to the services provided by the company in the customer service centers, the commercial sector, the laboratory sector, and the hotline, and introducing them to the mobile customer service vehicles, the effective role they play, and the services they provide.
They were also introduced to the laboratory sector, the stages of water purification, and the services provided by mobile laboratory vehicles, including drawing random samples to ensure citizens are reassured of the quality of drinking water.
He added, the spotlight was shed on the hotline 125, the services it provides, and the contact numbers for the hotline, and that it is the link between the company and citizens in the event of any problems related to drinking water and sanitation.
Naguib stated that students were made aware of the necessity of rationalizing water consumption through interactive games for students and the distribution of brochures and gifts urging rationalization of water consumption.
It is worth noting that during the festival activities, the attendees were introduced to the latest methods of rationalizing water consumption, represented by the available unit, its locations, price, benefits and features. They were also introduced to the code meter, its features and how to use it.
