The Holding Company for Drinking Water honors the General Administration of Training at the Menoufia Company for its excellence in upgrading the training system.
The Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater honored Eng. Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman and Managing Director of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, for the company's first-level ranking in the annual evaluation conducted by the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater for the General Administrations of Training.
The Chairman of Menoufia Water Company pointed out that this honor came as a result of the company's General Training Department being one of the most distinguished departments among the companies affiliated with the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater in terms of managing and implementing the training system.
Ms. Noha El-Dessouky, General Manager of Training at the Holding Company, and Mr. Yasser Hosni, Director of the Training Centers Support Department, explained that specialized and practical programs have been implemented at the Menoufia Water Company, contributing to raising the efficiency of institutional performance, spreading the culture of sustainable professional development, and enhancing the capabilities of the company's workforce. This supports institutional development goals and improves services provided to citizens.
Eng. Mohamed Abdullah, Director of the General Administration of Training at Menoufia Water Company, stated that one of the main tasks of the General Administration of Training is to develop and raise the efficiency of human resources and prepare administrative and technical cadres to carry out their job duties effectively, enable work according to quality standards, and enhance opportunities for growth and development.
