The head of Menoufia Water Company inspects a number of sites affiliated with the company's branch in Shibin El-Kom.
Engineer Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, inspected a number of stations affiliated with the company's branch in Shebin El Kom to ensure the smooth running of operations at the stations.
He inspected the pumping station No. 4, the college complex pumping station, Kafr Tanbady pumping station, the Kom El Akhdar artesian water station, the Kom El Akhdar sub-pumping station, the Kom El Akhdar main pumping station, the Kom El Akhdar treatment station, the Betbs pumping station, and the Batanun treatment station.
He stressed the need to conduct periodic maintenance of stations according to the existing equipment maintenance schedule to maintain their technical condition on a permanent basis, monitor the operation process, and pay attention to the general appearance of the stations with the aim of preserving the station's efficiency and improving the quality of service provided to citizens.
This comes in implementation of the instructions of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, and Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, to periodically visit the stations to monitor the current situation and follow up on ongoing projects to rehabilitate the stations in order to achieve the public interest and improve performance.
