As part of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, Menoufia Water honors the Shebin El-Kom and Berket El-Sabaa customer service centers
The Menoufia Water and Sanitation Company, headed by Dr. Eng. Mohamed Naguib Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, in the presence of Mr. Adel El-Meligy, Head of the Commercial Sector, honored the customer service employees of the Shebin El-Kom and Berkat El-Sabaa branches for their advancement to the final stage within the first ten places nationwide in the Government Excellence Award competition.
Naguib stressed that the goal of the competition is to raise the level of institutional performance and provide distinguished service to citizens, and to enhance competition between centers and develop services to achieve better rates of citizen satisfaction.
He added that the Internal Excellence Award is a real opportunity to develop the human element, improve performance at the individual and company levels, and build distinguished cadres according to actual evaluation and specific standards, to enhance the spirit of innovation and creativity, reward excellence, and spread a culture of quality and excellence.
He stressed that customer service is one of the most important areas of the company’s work, because it is an effective and direct link with citizens. Therefore, the comparisons that were made within the evaluation axes of the award really contributed to determining the actual situation, and identifying strengths and development mechanisms.
Naguib expressed his happiness for the customer service centers in the Shebin El-Kom and Berket El-Sabaa branches to participate in the Holding Company’s Internal Excellence Award project to create an opportunity for creativity, innovation, development and excellence and to achieve the best citizen satisfaction rates.
