  • The Sirs El-Layan water treatment plant, affiliated with the company's branch in Shebin El-Kom, has succeeded in obtaining the T.S.M. Sustainable Technical Management Certificate, after fulfilling its requirements within the company's performance development plan, in line with the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation, and in implementation of the company's Operation and Maintenance Sector work plan.
  • Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, pointed out that the Sirs El-Layan water treatment plant obtained this certificate after a comprehensive and accurate review of all the standards related to the optimal operation of the plants, following standard operating instructions for all stages of operation, and the availability of monthly performance indicators, in addition to monitoring and quality control standards to improve the level of services provided to citizens.
  • He stated that obtaining the Sustainable Technical Management (TSM) certificate for drinking water and sewage treatment plants is one of the most important indicators of the efficiency of the plants and ensures the sustainability and continuity of providing the service as required after ensuring that all the requirements of Sustainable Technical Management (TSM) are met.
  • He emphasized that the company has a plan to develop the management and operation system of water and sewage plants and obtain accreditation and quality certificates in the management and operation of drinking water and sewage plants. The coming period will witness the entry of a number of drinking water and sewage plants in the company to obtain the sustainable technical management certificate, which contributes to preserving the assets of the drinking water and sewage sector and the investments that are pumped into this vital facility.
