The Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company received a delegation from the Drinking Water and Sanitation Regulatory Authority and representatives of the Holding Company to learn about the work mechanism within the commercial sector, which would facilitate and unify procedures for obtaining services to serve customers, coinciding with the start of the operation of the electronic platform to provide some services and contracts to customers on the company’s website in cooperation with the Information Technology and Digital Transformation Sector.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Company, stressed the importance of digital transformation and automation of services to facilitate procedures for citizens, stressing that the company’s primary goal is customer satisfaction and providing a clean glass of water and safe sanitation services to the residents of Menoufia Governorate.
He also stressed the continued work to improve the quality of services provided to citizens in all centers and cities of the governorate and the serious work to develop performance and raise the level of service provided to them by reviewing the work mechanisms within customer service centers.
