  • As part of the ongoing field monitoring of the presidential initiative “Decent Life” projects, and in order to accelerate implementation rates and ensure full compliance with quality and technical specifications, Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, accompanied by Engineer Tariq El-Refaie, Assistant Minister of Housing, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the projects being implemented within the presidential initiative “Decent Life” for the development of the Egyptian countryside in the centers of El-Shohada and Ashmoun, as part of the ongoing monitoring of implementation rates and to assess the actual completion rates.
  • He stressed that home connections are among the most important stages of implementation that citizens feel directly, which requires extreme accuracy in implementation and a comprehensive review of all work before final delivery, noting that continuous field follow-up contributes to addressing any observations as soon as possible.
  • The company president explained that the “Decent Life” projects represent a key focus in the state’s plan to improve the level of basic services in villages, stressing that the company pays great attention to these projects and seeks to complete them within the specified timeframes and with the highest possible quality, in order to achieve a direct positive impact on the lives of citizens.
  • He added that the state is injecting large investments into the drinking water and sanitation sector, reflecting a genuine interest in developing infrastructure and achieving sustainable development within villages, which contributes to a tangible improvement in the level of service provided to citizens.
  • At the end of the tour, they inspected the progress of work on the ground at Darwa Al-Bahari station in Ashmoun to ensure that the work conforms to the approved technical specifications, in order to guarantee the provision of a distinguished and sustainable service to citizens.
