  • Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, held a meeting with the heads of all the company's branches to discuss the latest developments and operations across the various branches. He emphasized the necessity of implementing performance indicators at major stations, their networks, and laboratories. These indicators include the quality of the treated water, compliance of the final effluent with treated wastewater standards, measures to reduce water loss, energy conservation systems, adherence to drinking water safety and sanitation standards, and compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
  • He stressed the need to work on improving the service provided to citizens, emphasizing the need to operate the stations at full capacity to meet the needs of citizens and to address any problems that may arise regarding the weakness of drinking water during the coming period.
  • He directed the heads of branches to quickly resolve citizens’ problems and to continue field visits to the company’s stations to monitor the progress of work within the stations in order to continuously develop and reach the best level of quality technically and administratively, raise the efficiency of the stations, provide the necessary spare parts to complete the operation and maintenance process, and pay attention to the appropriate appearance of each station.
