Menoufia Water Company organizes an Umrah trip for employees with easy installment plans.
In line with its commitment to community service and its ongoing dedication to supporting its employees and promoting religious awareness,
The Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company organized an Umrah pilgrimage during the months of Sha'ban and Ramadan in 2026, in cooperation with the Shetla Tourism Group. The pilgrimage was offered to 50 of the company's employees through an easy installment plan with payments spread over a specific period, thus alleviating their financial burdens and underscoring the company's commitment to providing genuine and sustainable support to its workforce.
This initiative stems from the company's comprehensive vision to enhance internal social responsibility and address the spiritual and human needs of its employees, based on its belief that investing in human capital is the cornerstone of achieving institutional excellence. This involves creating a supportive and motivating environment that extends beyond the professional work setting to encompass various aspects of social, cultural, and religious well-being, thereby strengthening belonging and reinforcing the values of corporate loyalty.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, affirmed that organizing such events reflects the senior management’s commitment to building a balanced work system that elevates the status of employees and supports their psychological and social stability, noting that the company operates according to a clear strategy aimed at raising job satisfaction rates, motivating performance, and achieving a positive work environment whose effects are directly reflected in the quality of services provided to citizens.
He added that organizing Umrah trips is done in accordance with approved controls and standards that ensure transparency and equal opportunities for all categories of workers, taking into account that the program is available only once for each individual, which ensures expanding the base of beneficiaries and enabling the largest possible number of workers to have the honor of performing Umrah rituals.
He also praised the prominent role played by the General Department of Public Relations in preparing, coordinating and organizing such events in a manner befitting the company’s name and the status of its employees, and reflecting the human and social dimension that the company adopts in its various activities.
The company affirms that these initiatives are part of a comprehensive plan to enhance cohesion among employees, support team spirit, and establish a culture of appreciation and care, based on its belief that the human element is the true engine of development and progress, and that caring for it is the best way to achieve sustainability and excellence in providing drinking water and sanitation services in Menoufia Governorate.
