Menoufia Water: Implementing training courses for employees in various specialties.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, emphasized the importance of developing the company's human resources by refining the skills and expertise of its employees and raising their productivity. This comes within the framework of the directives of the political leadership and the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation, and as part of the unified regional training needs plan approved by the Holding Company.
He explained that the training period included a Word program course for technicians at stations and branches, a mobile water unit program for engineers, a sewage network cleaning program for sewage network technicians, a surveying equipment program for technicians, a gearbox program, and a meter types program for meter readers and bill collectors.
He emphasized that the training center continues to offer courses in various specializations to enhance the professional level of its employees.
