The head of the Menoufia Water Company inspects the customer service center at the company's branch in Shebin El-Kom.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, accompanied by Mr. Adel El-Meligy, Head of the Commercial Sector, and Engineer Ahmed Amer, Head of the Operations and Maintenance Sector, inspected the customer service center at the company's branch in Shebin El-Kom as part of ongoing monitoring of the quality of services provided to citizens.
He explained that customer service center employees receive regular training to equip them with the skills to provide excellent customer service and expedite the delivery of all required services to citizens.
He pointed out that customer service centers throughout the governorate include training sections on how to communicate directly with citizens, in addition to a 24-hour hotline for receiving complaints and reports and responding to them immediately, in order to protect the public interest and citizens' rights.
The company president mentioned the services provided by the center to citizens, which include: meter inspection and repair, water shut-off, subscriber name changes, drinking water and wastewater contract services, commercial and technical complaint services, as well as services for changing usage, replacing damaged meters, meter reading inspection and reporting, changing activity, subscription termination, bill collection, and drinking water and wastewater meter installations.
