Menoufia Water: Prepaid water meter charging centers will be operational during the Eid holidays.
The Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company announced that prepaid meter charging centers will remain open at all company branches throughout the Eid al-Fitr holiday. Customers can also top up their meters using the Fawry service code 575. This initiative reflects the company's ongoing commitment to facilitating services for all its customers.
Engineer Roshdy El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, stated that a state of emergency has been declared at all company sites throughout the Eid al-Fitr holiday to ensure the continuity of services and to prepare for any emergencies.
He emphasized the company’s constant endeavor and interest in the services it provides, facilitating dealings with customers and making it easy for citizens to access the service, through the continuous development of its services and the expansion of prepaid water meter charging centers, which is considered an accurate way to calculate customer consumption, with the need for continuous monitoring of the meters after their installation, reviewing and analyzing consumption and readings, and providing continuous technical support.
