The head of the Menoufia Water Authority is monitoring the stations within the governorate during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
Following the directives of Major General Amr El-Gharib, Governor of Menoufia, and Engineer Ahmed Gaber Shehata, Chairman of the Holding Company, regarding the necessity of field monitoring during the Eid al-Fitr holiday and raising the level of preparedness to the maximum at all water stations and networks within the governorate,
Engineer Roshdy El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, inspected several water stations in the Menouf and Sirs El-Layan branches today to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of services during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
The tour included inspections of the Zawyet Razin water treatment plant, the Sansaft iron and manganese plant, the Gezi pumping station, the Menouf water filtration plant, and the main Sirs El-Layan pumping station.
He explained that a plan has been put in place to inspect stations throughout the governorate during the Eid al-Fitr holiday to ensure the continued provision of drinking water services at the required efficiency and quality.
He emphasized the smooth operation of all stations and networks within the governorate, as well as the continuation of the shift system at all company sites to address any problems that may arise in the networks and stations, especially those related to sewage overflows in the streets or water quality, and to resolve them immediately.
