Menoufia Water: Final evaluation of the preparation and qualification of certified trainers to implement training needs.
As part of the company's commitment to developing its human resources, and under the auspices of Eng. Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, the company, in cooperation with the General Training Department of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation, conducted the final evaluation of the training package for the program to prepare and qualify trainers to implement training needs programs. This took place from April 19 to 23, 2026, at the company's training center, with the participation of 16 trainees from the company's employees.
The Chairman emphasized the importance of developing employees' skills and preparing a new generation of trainers capable of transferring expertise and knowledge within the company.
Ms. Mona Al-Qafal, Head of Human Resources, emphasized that investing in human capital development is a strategic priority, noting the sector's commitment to supporting training programs that contribute to preparing qualified personnel capable of achieving the company's goals.
Engineer Mohammed Abdullah, General Manager of Training at the company, pointed out that the program's objectives focus on developing trainers' skills, enhancing effective training methods, building self-confidence, and equipping participants with the ability to handle emergencies and different trainee types. It also includes training on preparing training materials and introducing participants to various coaching styles and skills.
The evaluation was conducted by Dr. Mohammed Saeed Mansour, an accredited evaluator from the Holding Company, under the supervision of the Holding Company's General Training Department and Mr. Mina Samir, as part of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater's plan to develop the human resources capabilities of its subsidiaries.
