The Deputy Minister of Housing inspects the expansion project of the Al-Ghouri sewage treatment plant.
Eng. Roshdy El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, received Eng. Tarek El-Refaey, Assistant Minister of Housing and Deputy Head of the Project Management Unit (PMU), during a field visit to inspect the expansion project of the El-Ghoury wastewater treatment plant in Berket El-Sabaa Center. The visit aimed to assess the progress of the project and monitor its implementation.
The Chairman reviewed the project's current status and its various phases. These expansions are part of the state's efforts to develop and improve the efficiency of sanitation projects and enhance the level of services provided to citizens, thereby contributing to accommodating population growth and achieving sustainable development.
He emphasized the company's commitment to adhering to the project's established timelines, while applying the highest standards of quality and efficiency at all stages of implementation. He noted that the project represents a significant addition to the region's sanitation system and contributes to improving services provided to citizens.
The Deputy Minister of Housing affirmed the continuation of coordination and regular monitoring of the project to accelerate its execution and ensure its timely completion and commissioning according to the established plan.
