The head of the Menoufia Water Company inspects a number of sites belonging to the company's branch in Shebin El-Kom.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, conducted an inspection tour of the Shubrabas wastewater pumping station, the Shubrabas artesian well water station, and the Shubrabas revenue unit to assess performance levels and monitor workflow.
The tour began with an inspection of the Shubrabas wastewater pumping station, where the operational status of the station was reviewed, and the efficiency of equipment and machinery, as well as the regularity of operation and maintenance work, were verified. This ensures the continued provision of high-quality and efficient wastewater services to citizens.
The tour also included an inspection of the Shubrabas artesian well water station, where operational phases were monitored, production rates and water quality were reviewed, and full compliance with standard operating procedures and periodic maintenance programs was confirmed. This ensures the quality of the produced water and its delivery to citizens meets the required standards.
In the same context, a visit was made to the Shubrabas Revenue Unit to monitor the level of services provided to citizens, ensure the smooth operation of services, and expedite procedures. Emphasis was placed on providing excellent customer service and efficient, accurate service delivery, contributing to customer satisfaction and improved performance.
This comes within the framework of directives from Major General Amr El-Gharib, Governor of Menoufia, and Engineer Mustafa El-Shimi, Acting Chairman of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, to intensify field visits and continuous monitoring of various work sites, and to enhance the level of services provided to citizens, in line with the goals of sustainable development and the state's vision for improving the quality of life.
