A sudden break occurred in the main water line (800 mm diameter) in Al-Shuhada City.
⬅️ Immediate Actions Taken:
⭕️ The main valves were immediately closed to control the water flow.
⭕️ Storm drains were opened to accommodate the water and minimize its impact on the streets and residents.
⭕️ All accumulated water has been completely drained, and repair and maintenance work is currently underway.
⬅️ Repair Timeline: Maintenance teams began their work at 1:00 AM and will be fully completed and services restored by 9:00 AM the same day, God willing.

⬅️ Affected Area: Al-Shuhada City. ⭕️Impact Level: There was no impact or service interruption for citizens, as the company immediately activated alternative artesian wells to ensure uninterrupted water supply to homes during the repair period.
