Menoufia Water: Following up on the repair work of the 800 mm diameter water line and the 200 mm diameter service line in the city of Al-Shuhada.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, inspected the repair work on an 800 mm diameter main water pipeline, along with a 200 mm diameter service pipeline in the city of El-Shohada, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure the continuity of drinking water services for residents.
The Chairman confirmed that the drinking water service was not affected by the repair work, as alternative pumping stations were activated to guarantee the uninterrupted flow of water to residents of El-Shohada, in accordance with the company's plan to maintain service continuity and minimize any disruptions that may result from emergency maintenance work.
He noted that full coordination has been established with relevant authorities to protect several vital facilities in the work area, including electrical cables, telecommunications cables, and natural gas lines, to prevent any disruption during the work.
The company president affirmed that efforts are ongoing to complete the repairs as quickly as possible, while ensuring the safety of citizens and public facilities, thus guaranteeing the sustainability and efficiency of drinking water services provided to the residents of the governorate.
