The head of Menoufia Water inspects the main lifting station in Sirs El-Layan.
Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, President of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, accompanied by Engineer Ahmed Amer, Head of the Company’s Operation and Maintenance Sector, inspected the company’s branch in Sars El-Layan to follow up on the progress of work, as part of his field tours to follow up on the work being done within the company’s branches.
He followed up on the progress of work at the main lift station in Sars Al-Layan city, within the framework of periodic monitoring of the progress of work at the stations and checking on the technical condition and regularity of operations at the station.
Najib stressed the necessity of carrying out periodic maintenance of the station according to the existing time plan for equipment maintenance. To maintain its technical condition permanently, follow up the operation process, and pay attention to the general appearance of the stations, with the aim of maintaining the efficiency of the station and improving the quality of service provided to citizens.
The work of implementing the station’s new expulsion line, 1000 mm diameter polyethylene, was also completed. This comes within the integrated plan developed by the governorate in coordination with the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia to raise the level of public services, in the various service sectors provided to citizens in order to achieve the public good and raise the level of performance.
