Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, head of the Menoufia Water and Sanitation Company, said that in order to provide distinguished service to citizens and meet their needs for drinking water, the efficiency of the Al-Khatahtba Al-Bahari station’s sewers was developed and raised, the overhead tanks affiliated with the Social Fund were maintained, and 23 artesian wells were drilled at the water stations to raise efficiency and meet the needs. He added, in the field of sanitation, the efficiency of civil works at the Janzour and Quesna treatment stations and the Kafr Sanabsa and Al-Ghouri treatment stations was increased, the ventilation basins at the industrial zone treatment station were maintained, the efficiency of the aeration basins at the Quesna treatment station was raised, and the oil and grease and sand separation system was completed to treat the Quesna expansions after transferring the operating dependency and maintenance of the RBC basin. At the Sabk Al-Dahhak treatment station, maintaining the air system, repairing the crystals for Kafr Al-Khadra treatment, and maintaining the electrical panels, crystals, and special scanners for treating water expansions, to meet the citizens’ needs for drinking water and sanitation services.
