Menoufia Water: Honoring 23 of the company’s employees for their excellence in work.
Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, President of the Menoufia Water and Sanitation Company, honored 23 employees of the company’s branch in Al-Bajour for carrying out a comprehensive repair of the SBR 1 basin of the Kafr Al-Khadra treatment plant, in the presence of Ms. Mona Al-Qafl, Head of the Human Resources Sector, and Engineer Tariq Zaghloul, Director of the company’s branch in Al-Bajour.
He said that the honor came in appreciation of the efforts of a work team consisting of engineers, chemists, technicians and workers at the Al-Bajour branch in completing the tasks assigned to them with efficiency and high quality, within a short period of time and with the least possible means, calling on all employees of the company to exert more effort and dedication to work.
Naguib stressed that the company seeks to solve citizens’ problems as quickly as possible to achieve their satisfaction. It also seeks, through this honor, to create a spirit of competition between the company’s various branches to provide distinguished services in the field of drinking water and sanitation services, and to work to provide a clean cup of water. And safe disposal of wastewater.
In a related context, the company’s president, Mr. Mohamed El-Sawy, honored the director of the Citizen Service Department, because the department achieved a 100% completion rate during the year 2023 with the complaints system received by the hotline 125.
It is noteworthy that the hotline 125 of the Drinking Water and Wastewater Company in Menoufia works around the clock to receive citizens’ complaints about drinking water and sewage malfunctions in the cities, centers and villages of the governorate, and they are dealt with immediately and work is done to solve them.
