  • Engineer Rushdi Al-Sayed Omar, President of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, inspected the performance of the company’s employees in the career path tests for promotion for the year 2024 AD for a number of (897) employees, in various job specializations.
  • He explained that career path tests are being conducted during the period from August 4, 2024 AD until August 14, 2024 AD, at the Faculty of Commerce, Menoufia University, in cooperation with the General Administration of Career Path at the Holding Water Company.
  • He pointed out that the career path programs aim to raise the efficiency and build the capabilities of employees, develop their job skills and enable them to apply a new methodology that will have a positive impact on the services provided to citizens and the level of service provided to them. Training has been done on it in their field of work in the company, in accordance with the vision and directives of the Holding Company for Drinking Water. And sanitation, and that passing career path tests in various specializations in the company is a basic condition for promotion.
