Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, visited a number of departments affiliated with the company’s general office to follow up on the work being done and ensure the smooth running of work, its regularity and integration between the various departments in order to achieve the public interest and raise the level of performance.
He directed all employees to work as one team, combine efforts between different departments, and fully coordinate with the relevant authorities to complete the assigned tasks quickly and in an organized manner.
He stressed the need to facilitate the procedures and services provided to citizens, to receive citizens well, to provide them with services quickly, and to provide all necessary services and procedures in an easy manner to gain the trust of citizens and satisfy them, and to quickly respond to all complaints and reports and deal with them immediately and resolve them, which achieves the state's future vision.
