"Monufia Water" announces a plan to wash water networks during September 2024 AD
Eng. Rushdi Al-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, announced a plan to wash water networks in all areas of the governorate according to the areas specified in the periodic network washing schedule during September 2024 AD.
He stressed the full coordination between the company's branches and the heads of the local units, each within its scope, and the emphasis on adhering to the specified timetable and dates set for washing and disinfection work and dealing immediately with any emergencies to preserve the health of citizens.
The company called on citizens to arrange their water needs and not to use it during the washing period, even if it is found in the network. The company also notes that if any sediments appear in the water or turbidity after the washing process, the water should be turned on for some time to get rid of those sediments resulting from the washing.
