Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, stated that the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia organized internal awareness campaigns for employees on the importance of rationalizing water consumption and preserving it.
In a related context, the company president said that intensive awareness campaigns were organized with medical convoys and convoys of the General Authority for Adult Education to contribute to correcting wrong behaviors in dealing with water and preserving it and how to make optimal use of sewage networks.
He said that, in order to strengthen communication with citizens, the awareness department has conducted opinion polls for citizens at customer service centers as part of the company’s monthly plan to learn about the opinions of its customers on the services provided and to ensure transparency and credibility between the company and its customers, and to benefit from citizens’ suggestions in developing the services provided.
